BROWNWOOD - A landmark Brownwood building, the former First National Bank Office Building, has reopened through Brownwood Enterprises LLC.

The first through third floors are finished and the fourth floor is 90 percent complete, he said. The fifth floor is being reserved for one business.

The building's owner, Clint DeBusk of Austin, began remodeling the building about a year ago.

Parking space is at a premium right now, but that will be remedied soon, Davis said. The Brownwood City Council has approved his company's bid to purchase the old Music City building nearby. Davis said the old building will be demolished to make room for a parking lot for the old bank building.

Davis will manage the building as well as operate Allied Staffing Group, a professional employer organization.
