Moments of Grace
For me, grace is truly sufficient and eases the living of daily
life.
Years ago, after I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease,
I experienced a gamut of emotions. When I calmed and settled down
to what is a lifestyle for me, prayer, I found a "grace"
scripture (2 Corinthians 12:9). His grace has been sufficient
for many years.
Whenever I am confronted with the frustration of an active
mind caged in an unpredictable and frequently uncooperative body,
the stress level climbs.
At those times, there is grace for the calming down and receiving.
I have never found grace in short supply. It has been sufficient.
I believe it flows from an inexhaustible source and can be found
at any time.
For those whose need for grace does not come from a physical
problem, grace is still available. The needs of life it meets
and the solutions grace provides are innumerable.
Researching grace, the gift and the Giver, is likely to lead
to more sufficiency in daily life and a quiet gilding of life
in its entirety.
