• How far back do your online archives go?

We first began serious archiving in April of 1996. However, we have not been reproducing the entire content of the Abilene Reporter-News online, so keep that in mind. Also, we didn't begin placing obituaries and other archived content on the site until February 1997. If you have archive needs that stretch back farther than that, you may reach our newspaper library at 915-676-6731.

• Whom do I complain to about a story?

If it was a locally written article, send e-mail to Our Editors or call 915-676-6783 and ask for the City Editor. Call 214-991-2100 for complaints about Associated Press articles.

• How can I order the print newspaper?

Fill out our handy-dandy form and e-mail it to us, or call 1-800-588-6397 and ask for Circulation.

• Is Brazos Bill the Bill Whitaker in the newspaper?

Yes.

• What browsers work best with your site?

Most any browser will do, but if you want to be able to view our Java scripts, live chatroom, animated GIFs, etc., properly, we suggest Netscape 3.0, 4.0 or something comparable.
